Join the unique city tour that presents Zagreb through music, ethnography and architecture. After a tour of the city and the ethnographic collection, you will attend an exclusive concert of classical music performed by the Croatian Chamber Philharmonic in the Art Nouveau hall of the Ethnographic Museum in the heart of Zagreb.

Terms and Conditions:
•    To reserve your Musical Postcard Zagreb city tour a firm order is necessary and a confirmation of the booking by phone or e-mail at least 48h before the commencement of the chosen tour.
•    In case of requesting a tailor-made tour (according to your preferences), a deposit of 20% is required at the time of the booking as otherwise we will not be able to confirm the services you require.
•    Prices include taxes and the services described and agreed upon for visit.
•    Guiding services are provided legally in cooperation through Croatian Philharmonic Association    

•    Booking at a short notice is possible, if the Croatian Chamber Philharmonic is available.


Client Cancellation and refund:
•    Without confirmation of the booking by phone or e-mail at least 48h before the commencement of your chosen MPZ tour - we will consider the booking void;
•    20% deposit for tailor-made tours is non-refundable and covers city tour planning, administration fees and bank charges;
•    up to 48h before - 50% of the service price;
•    up to 12h before - 80% of the service price;
•    on the day - no refund.


Our Cancellation:
•    The Croatian Philharmonic Association team will try to realise your Musical Postcard Zagreb tour by all means. In case we are obliged to cancel the tour we will try to find an appropriate alternative (date/ guide) and the client will be notified in advance. If the client does not agree with the alternative, we will fully refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full settlement to our clients.
•    In the unlikely event that we must cancel a particular Musical Postcard Zagreb tour for any reason, and cannot agree or find an alternative, we will fully refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full settlement to our clients. The Croatian Philharmonic Association is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a client due to a cancelled tour, e.g. purchase of more expensive tours, delays, additional lodging…


Our Liability:
•    We shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer only to the extent that we are ourselves liable under Croatian Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract and are subject exclusively to Croatian Law and jurisdiction.
•    All legitimate complaints are to be submitted within 10 days after the provided service.
•    We will answer all valid complaints within 15 days after the receipt.
